These terms apply to subscriptions to Frosted Privacy (“Frosted”), sold by VENVIA IO SARL AU, Rue 14 Amal 2, Imm N 2, Etg 3, N 8, Sidi Bernoussi, Casablanca, Morocco, RC 714415, ICE 003889363000078 (“we”, “us”).
Frosted
Frosted is a Windows app that detects personal details in your documents and replaces them on your computer. Using it requires an account, created with your email address.
Free trial
Each new account gets a 7-day free trial of the full app, with no payment details asked. One trial per email address.
Plans and prices
Frosted is sold as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app, in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included (VAT included), before you pay. The price you pay applies for the whole period you pay for.
Payment
You pay by card on the page of our payment provider, a payment institution authorized by Bank Al-Maghrib. Your subscription starts when your payment is confirmed. Paying before your current period ends extends it from that date, so you lose nothing.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically, and we never charge your card without you. To continue after your period ends, you pay again in the app; we remind you before it ends.
Use
Your subscription is personal. You can use Frosted on up to two computers at a time; signing in on a third signs out the one used least recently. You may not share your account or resell access to Frosted.
When your trial or subscription ends, Frosted stops working until you pay. Your documents and the copies you made stay on your computer.
Refunds
Your 7-day free trial lets you try all of Frosted before you pay, so payments are not refundable. As an exception, if within 14 days of your first payment a technical problem prevents Frosted from working on your computer, write to support@getfrosted.app and describe it. If we cannot fix it, we refund the full payment by bank transfer to an account in your name, within 14 days. Refunding ends your access to Frosted on all your computers. One refund per customer. This does not limit any right the law gives you.
Your responsibility
Frosted finds most personal details, but no detection is perfect. Review the text before you share it. We are not liable for details Frosted did not detect, nor for how you use the text you share.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to the next period you pay for, never to one you have already paid.
Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes to the courts of Casablanca.
