Frosted Privacy (“Frosted”) is published by VENVIA IO SARL AU, Rue 14 Amal 2, Imm N 2, Etg 3, N 8, Sidi Bernoussi, Casablanca, Morocco (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Your documents stay on your computer
Frosted detects personal details in your documents and replaces them on your computer. Your documents, their contents and the copies you create are never sent to us, and we have no access to them. Everything Frosted stores to work, such as your settings and your recent files, stays on your computer and is deleted when you uninstall it.
Information we collect
- Your email address, to create your account, sign you in and send you emails about your trial and subscription.
- Your subscription details: your trial and subscription dates, your plan and your payment records.
- Your sign-ins, so that your account can be used on up to two computers.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide Frosted: to run your trial and subscription, to prevent misuse of accounts, and to answer you when you contact us. Every email we send, except sign-in codes, includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that help us run Frosted (hosting, email delivery and card payments), and only as needed to provide their service. Card payments are processed by a payment institution authorized by Bank Al-Maghrib; you enter your card details on its page, and we never see them. Some of these providers may process information outside your country.
Retention
We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we do so within 30 days, except payment records, which we keep as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
